CEO, David Shearer has over 50 years of experience in commercial building construction, mechanical construction, mechanical service, and automatic temperature controls industries. David started his career in these fields with the Dekalb County Board of Education in 1972. He formed his first company; Shearer Control Systems, Inc. in 1981, purchased Conditioned Air Engineers, Inc. in 1986, and formed Morrison Shearer, Inc. in 1991 with his partner Dan Morrison.
